Incredibly helpful staff! Very knowledgeable. Got my jeep fixed quickly and it's running great. Offered a great warranty too, just in case. They definitely care about their customers.

Been coming here for years and have had many vehicles with their transmissions rebuilt. They are strong, always shift right, and never leave me on the side of the road.

After getting my transmission rebuild by the dealership.my 2016 Ram 2500 68RFE tranny blew up less than 8 miles from the dealership :( i called Mr. Transmission the following Monday asking if i could drop the truck there and explained what had happened. Danny was more than happy to help and assured me that my truck would be in great hands. After talking to Danny on the phone and then again in person i felt that my truck would come back to me better than ever. I'm extremely happy to say that it did!! Danny and his crew took great care of me and kept me informed during the entire process. Being a small business owner myself i could definitely appreciate the time he took to keep me informed. Mr. Transmission gave me reasonable timeframes and completed the work on time and correctly. Mr. Transmission will have my business for my company truck fleet as well as my personal vehicles for life. If you need work to be done on your vehicle this is the place to take it !!!!

A level of customer service that just doesn't exist anymore!!! I was given an honest quote. I received regular updates from Robert as to what was going on with my transmission and different options. They stand by their product and their service. I can't speak as to where Mr. Transmission falls on the price range in comparison to other transmission repair shops. What I can say is that if it is more expensive I would pay the extra cash every time just for the level of pride that these guys take in their work and customer service. Highly recommend!!!
